ABOUT
CAITLIN
My journey began in 2011, rooted in a love for organic farming and holistic nutrition. I studied at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, spending years with my hands in the earth—growing food, cultivating wellness, and deepening my connection to the land as an organic farmer. That passion eventually blossomed into becoming a certified personal trainer and opening my own wellness studio in Phoenix, AZ, in 2017.
But in 2019, I felt a longing for something deeper: a quieter, slower way of living. I craved space to breathe and reconnect with what truly matters. That calling led me to a remote mountain town in eastern Oregon, where I could let life move at a gentler pace.
Over time, I found myself drawn to the delicate balance between data and creativity, blending technology and marketing in a way that feels warm, grounded, and supportive. In a world that moves so fast and feels so consumer-driven, I believe we can take it all back. Make it thoughtful, human, and real.
I don’t consider myself an artist, except when my hands are in the garden or the kitchen, but I’ve discovered that my creativity lives in my ability to weave stories and strategies together. I love using my analytical and technical skills to support creative entrepreneurs who feel overwhelmed by the numbers and systems, helping them feel seen and supported.
